NOT FOR ME, NOT FOR YOU, BUT FOR US

We were commissioned by Battersea Arts Centre to research their archive and create an interactive artwork that weaves historical events into a new fictional narrative.

Using the Battersea Arts Centre’s digitised archive, which can be viewed online at www.bacarchive.org.uk, we have drawn together a collection of stories and artefacts that give an insight into the building, and the people who have used it. Learn about John Burns, the first working class mayor; or Clifford Allan, a conscientious objector in the first World War.

The Theatre Jukebox is permanently installed in the waiting room just off the main entrance to Battersea Arts Centre, and is free to use during opening hours. So if you are in the area pop by and have a go.
